Check- in
.1. Sign the check-In sheet @ the Art Room.
2. Get the wristband for kids(no exceptions)
3. Kids will stay in a common area till the Coach starts to practice.
4. Late kids will stay in Art Room until a staff member takes them to the field.
5. Kids are not allowed to wander away from their group at any time. They must get Coach’s permission and an accompanying buddy for water or restroom break.
Check- Out
1. Sign the Check-out sheet at the Art Room.
2. Wrist band will be removed.
3. Double verification at the main gate to ensure the Check-Out procedure was followed, the wristband was removed, and the kids are accompanied by their parents.
4. Late pickup will be charged per policy
